FAQ – Why Jasper Hotel is One of the Best Hotels in Fargo ND

Jasper Hotel is right in the heart of downtown Fargo at Broadway Square, on the corner of Second Avenue North and Broadway.

State law prohibits smoking indoors and within 20 feet of any public entrance. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outside. Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel, including on the terrace and patio.

Guests are invited to check-in at 3 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m.

Early check-in may be available depending on room occupancy. Call us if you’re interested and we’ll check. Early check-in is done on a first-come, first-served basis and is never guaranteed.

Of course. Bring your items to the front desk and we’ll store them for no charge, before check-in or after check-out.

Please contact the hotel to see about changes. If it’s less than 24 hours prior to your arrival, a change may not be possible.

If you cancel by 3 p.m. local hotel time and it’s at least 48 hours prior to arrival, you can avoid a 1 night penalty charge.

While we don’t have a shuttle, convenient rideshares like Lyft and Uber are available in Fargo.

Self Parking is available for overnight hotel guests for $10 per night. We recommend parking in the adjacent Block-9 ramp at 226 5th St N, Fargo, ND 58102 and using our 2nd floor skyway to enter Jasper Hotel. This parking ramp hosts free parking on the weekends beginning Friday at 6pm and remains free until Monday at 6am.

Our Fitness Center & Sauna are located on the fifth floor and accessible from 6am-11pm daily.

Our spaces feature ADA amenities including:

• Public spaces: registration desk pathway, service animals are welcome, elevators, accessible guest rooms with 32″ wide doorways, accessible route from public entrance to accessible guest rooms
• Guestrooms: deadbolt locks lowered, door night guards lowered, doors with lever handles, electrical outlets lowered, hearing accessible rooms and/or kits, accessible vanities, viewports lowered, convenience power at bedside, wireless charging pad at nightstand
• Bathrooms: bathroom grab bars, shower grab bars, shower seat, roll-in shower, adjustable shower wand, toilet seat at wheelchair height

Jasper Hotel is dog-friendly. Pets are some of our favorite guests, but please note no more than two dogs are allowed per guest room. All dogs must be registered at time of check-in. A $75.00 fee is required to support a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the guestroom after you and your furry friend depart. Unregistered or unauthorized pets will result in the assessment of a $250 fee.
