My perfect weekend in Fargo would include lots of yummy local restaurants and coffee shops, tons of shopping both at local boutiques and big box stores, and catching whatever the latest event downtown is whether it be the farmers market or Christkindlmarkt. They’re all a great way to experience Fargo!
Twenty Below’s lavender latte is my go to right now – it’s the best lavender in Fargo!
Our favorite girls night dinner is at Rosewild downtown. The menu is always changing with what’s seasonal, so there’s always something new to try. They also have the best cocktail menu in town!
We are regulars at the Red River market and love when Christkindlmarkt comes around every year. Part of what makes Fargo special are events like these!
My favorite is Blackbird’s cheese plate and bread plate. It’s a meal in itself and it’s perfectly paired with their house ‘pink bird’ wine! The best cheese plate you’ll find in the FM area.
I love Zandbroz downtown for gifts. They have the most unique finds that you won’t see anywhere else in Fargo. They have something for everyone – including kids! I love shopping for myself there as well.
There are a lot of places to buy gourmet charcuterie board fixings in Fargo, but MilkMade’s little shop near 25th Street is one of my favorites. I can always count on Megan to have the best cheese and accompaniments, and they always know what pairs best together!
